Cancellation Policy
I charge up to 50% for a cancellation fee for any no shows. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours is subject to a cancellation fee of 20% or more.
*Saturday NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of appointment cost! If the card is declined or no card is on file, no future appointments will be booked until fee is paid (subject to prepay going forward).
I understand that life does happen, if you do need to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window, I will be willing to waive the cancellation fee if a new appointment is booked and completed within 3 business days. Saturdays NOT included.
